Would you believe me if I told you a month ago I wrote about our precious honey boo boo child.
Yea…me neither. But you better believe we are going to celebrate it like an eighth grade romance.
Even more unbelievable is how amazing my mom has been…visiting the site over 6,000 times. Thanks mom!
Ok but seriously, this blows my mind.
I guess it surprises me because I assumed the only people who would actually read what we wrote would be my family and maybe one or two friendlies. And while I am sure they make up the majority of that number, I still am amazed that we got over 6,700 views in just a month.
Yes, I realize for most bloggers this number is puny.

Congrats on an awesome first month. I am a new blogger as well, but I am pretty much a slacker. Not sure how I stumbled across your blog but I’m glad I did. I am a scuba diver and love ocean life…just haven’t been able to convice the boyfriend to get a salt water tank.
Oh you gotta get on that girl 🙂 It is the best investment we have ever made. Where are you from Nae? I wish we could scuba, but we live smack dab in the middle of the country where apparently no oceans hang out.

I’m from Austin, TX so it is not super convienient for us to go diving either. The Gulf just isn’t the same 🙂 We just try to plan really awesome trips that revolve around diving.

I don’t know how you cope w your fish tanks. Ours is undergoing a massacre as we speak. Turtles eating mollies, mollies eating guppies, guppies eating… well, fish food,, but you get the picture. It’s pretty ugly. I’m not loving it.
Yea, that is the rough part….we just lost our lobster last night. For no apparent reason. It sucks, bad.
It’s a hobby where you have to be comfortable with unexplained losses.
It’s bologna though, cant we all just get along?!?!?!?!
Little blue tank is back up and running (THANK YOU TIM!!!!! Your advice saved our little night light!) so all our Molly, dwarf and Mickey fish are back in their own home,, away from the turtles and guppies. It was an ugly night tho. Lost four fish, a tadpole and all of our baby guppies… Very violent.
Awwww good! I was wondering how that turned out but I ws scared to ask. I know how much watching stuff die SUCKS….glad to hear the fishies are back in their home!

You guys are so cute! 6000 readers in a month! Goodness! I don’t think people would WANT to know all the thoughts in my head in a given…..well….ever. I can barely keep track of them as is. If I had a blog it would be called “The Ongoing Post-it”….because i have post-its everywhere to remind myself of everything because if I don’t write it don’t….it’s gone in a matter of seconds…literally. Oh yea…there’s also the problem that…. I’m not technologically savy enough to figure out how to start one. 😉
